This is a short privacy statement for the public marketing site at athenalearn.org. The learning app itself stores all student data on the school's own laptop and sends nothing to any server. This page is about the website and the pilot application form only.

What we collect

When you submit the pilot application form, we record the name, role, school, county, email address, phone number, subjects of interest, and any message you provide. We do not use cookies for analytics on this marketing site.

Why we collect it

Solely to reply to your application, schedule a conversation, and (if your school is selected) coordinate the pilot deployment. We do not share your information with third parties and we do not sell data.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the pilot programme and one year after, in case we need to follow up about deployment outcomes. After that, applicant records are deleted unless you ask to remain on a future-cohort list.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@athenalearn.org. Athena Learn is operated by Spidey Labs Ltd, registered in Kenya, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
